Important: Lab tests are ordered through a licensed laboratory partner. Results are delivered to your Obsidian Genetics member portal as soon as the lab releases them. Our care coordinator is available to walk you through what each value means and help you decide on next steps. Lab results are not a diagnosis — they are one data point used to guide care. Some tests require fasting (typically 8–12 hours) — fasting requirements will be shown after checkout.
